- The Stuart Low Trust has
launched a new community project , The Wellbeing Project, exclusive
to adults 18+ (Archway N19). The project is free to attend and
offers the opportunity to socialise/meet new friends, whilst taking
part in free/low cost leisure activities and workshops.
Activities include music, cookery and exercise classes, Indian head
massage, drumming workshops, reading, poetry and women's groups, as
well as quiz and bingo nights. There are opportunities
to be referred to counselling and free legal/welfare
services. There is a place to relax, read your newspaper or
play board /card games, or eat something at the low cost cafe.
New activities include Shiatsu Therapy (£1) and 'Twist n' Tone'
classes (£1).
- The Project is open Weds,
Sats and Suns, 6-30pm - 10pm at Hargrave Park School, 51 Bredgar
Road, Archway, N19 (turn right outside Archway tube, second road on
